December 2023: Teachers will make recommendations for students in 24-25 core classes.

January 2024: Parents and Students can make course requests through their powerschool portal from January 1-15, 2024.

January 16 - March 2024: Students will meet with counselors 1-on-1 to make course requests.

April 2024: Course request will be available for review in PowerSchool Student and Parent Portal.

April 2024: Dual Enrollment qualification and registration.  Students are removed if they do not meet the VCCS requirements. Students are made aware of these changes as they occur.

May 2024: Course requests can be seen in PowerSchool or  will be mailed home (by request only) for review by students and families.

05/24/2024: Last day to make any teacher recommendation or course request changes for the 2024-2025 school year.  After this point we are not able to change any student course requests.

August 2024: 2024-2025 student schedules will be available via PowerSchool Student Portal.  Students are only allowed to make changes at this point if they are missing courses required for graduation or they did not meet the requirements to take the course.  All schedule changes are finalized by Wednesday of the first week of school.
